Vicki Humphreys

Vicki Humphreys works as Grants Program Director for the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission, evaluating grant and loan proposals for projects that diversify the economic bases of Southern and Southwest Virginia through the creation or improvement of sites, buildings and utility infrastructure, workforce training facilities and tourism infrastructure.

Through her career, Vicki has applied her knowledge and skills in management, strategic planning, finance, and grant administration to help many organizations create opportunities and implement solutions in the fields of economic development, health care and scientific research.

She earned an MBA and MS in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech.
