Tina L. Shreve

Tina Shreve is Managing Director, Workforce Development with Chesterfield County Economic Development. Since 1999 she has worked in all areas of Economic Development – Business Development, Existing Industry Retention and now focusing on all areas of Workforce Development.

Tina is an active member of the Virginia Economic Developers Association (VEDA), International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and the ICMA Grant Cohort for Economic Mobility and Opportunity. She also sits on the Business Solutions Team (a workforce partner committee) and has been nominated to the Capital Region Workforce Development Board (CRWDB).

Tina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, now PennWest University. She has completed Chesterfield University’s School of Leadership, the County’s Total Quality Improvement program and has participated in multiple International Economic Development Council courses.

She is originally from northwestern Pennsylvania and has moved with her husband’s military career to Italy, North Dakota and now Virginia. Tina loves traveling, especially to the beach, cooking and is a lover of all sports, but a loyal Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates and Steeler fan.
